This is a heavy duty slicer with an EXCLUSIVE stainless steel base. It is able to slice ultra thin or 1 1/4" thick slicers and holds the thickness. It features a "No Slip Guarantee!" The powerful, 1/2 HP motor is gear driven and completely enclosed. This slicer is very safe with features such as a red light which indicates when the machine is turned on. It also has a "no voltage release system" to prevent the reactivation of a machine if it looses power.

This all stainless steel machine is great for the high volume user. It provides accuracy and safety in every slice. It features a two year limited warranty. It is also NSF and UL listed.
